Meals: Three meals a day are included in the room rate. A meat menu is served at lunch and dinner. The emphasis is on healthy, gourmet kosher cuisine.

Kashrut: Rabbanut Chof HaCarmel. Full-time mashgiach, vegetables from Gush Katif, mehadrin chickens. Most cheeses served at breakfast and lunch are mehadrin. See the mashgiach kashrut for details.
