Dinner for Two at Tipsy Cafe, Jerusalem

When you are up for some serious American-style comfort food, Tipsy Cafe is for you. Tipsy is the closest thing to an American diner that you'll find in Israel. The focus at Tipsy is on classic sweet and filling comfort food with some dishes beyond the expected.



The lead dishes at Tipsy are the pancakes and French toast topped with melted butter and drizzled with maple syrup. These are even more decadent when served with any 3 toppings, including ice cream, whipped cream, bananas, chocolate sauce and more. The menu recommends the waffles and pancakes for breakfast, but nobody gets to decide that for me. I could feast on Tipsy waffles and pancakes any time of the day.
