Dinner for Two at Conmigo Restaurant, Modiin

Conmigo is a gem of a restaurant in the far corner of the Ligad Center just steps from the rear parking lot. This is a cozy restaurant, beautifully designed, with cloth-covered tables and quality tableware. There is a variety of dishes in different prices and the menu is priced at about the same as most qualityrestaurants.

Chef Idan Elkayam specializes in meat preparation. He does it all, from roasting, grilling, sous vide, and smoking meats. His versatility also extends to fish dishes and vegetarian grain-based dishes. We enjoyed the salmon prepared on the plancha and two specialty grain dishes. These were all very nicely presented and delicious.
