This is a light and fruity wine that bubbles when poured. It is on the sweet side, some might even say overly sweet. It is an excellent "get acquainted" wine, appropriate for palates that have not yet developed a taste for heavier white wines or reds. Because it is so fragrant and light, it is a perfect wine for beginners. For those with more developed wine skills and tastes this Riesling may remind you of soda. Whatever the palate, it goes great with pizza and other fast foods.
