Dinner for Two at Emily Grill, Rishon Lezion

Emily is a classic Israeli Middle Eastern grill restaurant upgraded to the 21st century. This is a very large restaurant with spacious dining areas. The décor is simple and pleasant. The restaurant is quiet during the day but it starts hopping in the evening. We started our meal with the table of salads served with large round fresh hot Iraqi lafa bread.  



From the menu of skewers he chose one lamb skewer and a second butcher’s cut beef skewer. There was a generous amount of meat on each skewer. Were we to compare these shipudim to other shipudiyot that we have visited in our eLuna travels, we would say that these were some of the best we have eaten.
