Paradiso Sarona Cafe
July 2016
Sarona is one of the great entertainment/leisure centers in Tel Aviv. Sarona is a campus, with a fascinating history, well tended gardens, bike and walking paths, children playgrounds, boutiques and shops, restaurants and the charming covered Sarona Market.
Centrally located off the Ayalon highway at Kaplan Street, Sarona attracts thousands of visitors every day. Well planned from the start, there is plenty of parking in lots on all sides of the campus.
The kosher
Paradiso Sarona Cafe stands out among the other eateries, as it has a teudat kashrut. Paradiso is located on the periphery of the campus, out of the main hub-hub of the other restaurants. We found the restaurant on our way to the underground parking lot on Kaplan Street.
Paradiso
offers comfortable seating indoors and outdoors under shaded umbrellas. The cafe faces a large open space, and there is a cool breeze, even on the warmest days,

Starters include bread and vegetable "meichels." These make great snacks. There is a nice selection of sandwiches and salads. Salads are mostly vegetarian, with the exception of a tuna salad. The mixtures of cooked vegetables and raw, are trendy and enticing. The sandwiches including omelette, tuna, smoked salmon or antipasti. The restaurant has added fish dishes to the menu. We will surely try these on our next visit to the restaurant.
The pizza is baked in the restaurant's brick oven. How can you resist this?
After the meandering through Sarona's paths and shops, we took seats in the shade under the umbrella, and shared a good size pizza. The restaurant faces a grassy open space and is a beautiful place to sit..
Paradiso is a family restaurant with choices that will satisfy the kids and more sophisticated dairy dishes for their parents and grandparents. The menu offers something for everyone at reasonable prices.
